Good to know before you start
Do you help obtain a building permit? +
Yes. We prepare the complete architectural & building design with all required opinions and agreements, and handle the case through to the construction permit. We also deal with zoning and occupancy decisions.
Do you adapt ready-made house designs? +
Yes — we adapt off-the-shelf building designs to a specific plot and zoning conditions, and we also carry out surveys of existing buildings.
What area do you serve? +
The studio is based in Łódź and serves projects in Łódź and the Łódź region. We have also delivered projects in other regions, including Warsaw.
Do you also design interiors? +
Yes. Beyond architecture we design residential, office and public-building interiors with visualisations — consistent with the building's design.
Which disciplines does the documentation cover? +
